Order Confirmation
When you place an order you will receive an email containing the details of your order. We will then contact you when your order has been processed. Finally, you will be contacted when your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your unique tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your package. We ship with UPS because of their high standard and ease of use for the customer.
Delivery Times
Our standard method of delivery uses the UPS Ground service. An order dispatched using UPS Ground will arrive approximately 2 - 3 weeks after it has been dispatched. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes due to UPS policy.
