Who do you use to ship?
We ship all our orders to USA with UPS because of their outstanding reliability and quality service. For UK and Europe we use Royal Mail. We issue tracking numbers for each order so you can follow the progress of the package as it travels to it's destination.
How long does it take to arrive?
All orders to America are dispatched on Thursday afternoon every week using UPS Ground service. It will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks for the package to arrive after dispatch. If UPS Express shipping has been organised, the package will also be dispatched on Thursday, but it will take approximately 1 - 1.5 weeks to arrive.
Can I have my order shipped express?
Absolutely! We use UPS Express for customers that need their gifts quickly. This service can be arranged after an order is placed, simply send us an email to let us know you want it sent using Express. Express shipping costs extra. Please bear in mind that an Express order will be dispatched on Thursday afternoon, and will arrive approximately 1 - 1.5 weeks later.
Can I send a gift to a different address?
No problem at all! When you get to the check out, there is a place for you to fill out a different shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $15 for the first item, and an extra $1 for each article thereafter. Express shipping costs more than standard because it will arrive faster. This extra charge will be added to your total after your order has been received.
Can I track my package?
Sure, no problem at all. Shortly after your parcel has been dispatched you will be issued with a tracking number. To track the progress of your parcel you will need to enter the tracking number, without any spaces, at one of the following websites:

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes we can ship to Hawaii or Alaska, but it involves an extra surcharge. For delivery to addresses in either state the consignment must first be flown to Philadelphia International Airport and then air freighted to it's destination. This is the cause of the extra cost. If you would like to send a gift to either Hawaii (HI) or Alaska (AK) please email us for a quotation on delivery costs.
How do you parcel up my order?
Most things, like Belleek or Tyrone Crystal come in their own boxes. We first wrap the piece in tissue paper and place it inside it's box. After your order has been gift wrapped, we then parcel it up ready for dispatch. We then select a suitably sized, sturdy box and fill it with poly-shapes. These are light, sterile and provide exceptional padding. We then clearly mark the box as fragile using high strength fragile tape. Because most of the orders we dispatch are breakable we make every possible effort to make it know that it is fragile. To do so, fragile is clearly displayed on every face of the box. We are very aware of the environment and act accordingly by recyling as many boxes as possible.
